LETTER OF APPLICATION

Apply to the manager, Mrs Benson, saying why you think you are suitable for a job in our international bookshop.

Dear Mrs Benson,

I’m writing to apply for the post which I saw advertised in Tuesday’s edition of Sussex Express.

I’m 24 years old and currently finishing my studies in Brighton. I will have a BA in Language and Literature degree by the University of Brighton next June.

I have been working for three months in Alicia’s bookshop and I also had a part-time job in Marlon’s Store for a year in 2013. In the last store not only have I been working as a shop assistant, but also as a storyteller.

I believe I am a good candidate for this job in your international bookshop because I consider myself to be cheerful, dynamic, knowledgeable and keen on reading.

Thank you for your consideration.

THE MUSIC CORNER

Rihanna feat Mikky Ekko: Stay

Rihanna feat Mikky Ekko: Stay

All along it was a fever
A cold sweat hot-headed believer
I threw my hands in the air, said, "Show me something,"
He said, "If you dare, come a little closer."

Round and around and around and around we go
Oh now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now you know.

Not really sure how to feel about it.
Something in the way you move
Makes me feel like I can't live without you.
It takes me all the way.
I want you to stay

It's not much of a life you're living
It's not just something you take–it's given

Round and around and around and around we go
Oh now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now you know.

Not really sure how to feel about it.
Something in the way you move
Makes me feel like I can't live without you.
It takes me all the way.
I want you to stay.

Ooh, ooh, ooh, the reason I hold on
Ooh, ooh, ooh, 'cause I need this hole gone
Funny you're the broken one but I'm the only one who needed saving
'Cause when you never see the light it's hard to know which one of us is caving.

Not really sure how to feel about it.
Something in the way you move
Makes me feel like I can't live without you.
It takes me all the way.
I want you to stay, stay.
I want you to stay, oh.
