LETTER OF COMPLAINT



Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the bad service I received from the staff at your store.

Last Friday I bought a Sony TV, but I didn't receive it until this afternoon. Not only is it a different model, but it is also not working.

I would like to return it for a full refund and reorder a Sony 4K Ultra HD XBK TV and also obtain a discount in order to compensate for the problems and the inconvenience caused.  

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
