AN INFORMAL LETTER

Dear Jenny,

Thanks for your last letter. I’m sorry I haven’t written before, but I’ve been very busy painting my new flat.

As you know, I must move all my boxes before Saturday because I’m going to return the keys at the end of June. So I’m getting some work done in my free time.

I hope it’s not too much to ask, but could you come and go shopping with me in two weeks? I’d like to change the curtains!

Anyway, how about your brother? Do you know when he is going to go on holiday? It’s very likely that I’ll go on business to his city in July.
