RECIPE. A Spanish fish dish

Ingredients:
Pieces of dried codfish, olive oil, garlic, Spanish red pepper, tarragon vinegar, tomatoes, olives.

Method:
1. Bone some nice pieces of codfish.
2. Warm it in a cupful of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, some Spanish red pepper and a wine-glass of tarragon vinegar.
3. Lay tomatoes, cooked down to a thick purée, in a dish.
4. Also, lay the fish upon it.
5. Pour the sauce over.
                                                         6. Add sliced olives.
                                                         7. Serve it.
